We want you (and your loved ones) to love Keepsee! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, simply email us at support@keepsee.com with your order information. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Requests made after 60 days are not eligible for a refund.
