1. Services

Keepsee provides a gift service where users upload video content to create monthly video journals for designated recipients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Keepsee subscription.
• You are responsible for the videos and content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all contributors you invite have consented to share their videos.

3. Payment and Billing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Your purchase is a subscription that renews automatically unless canceled.
• Cancellations must be made before your renewal date to avoid additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support@keepsee.com

Refund requests after 60 days are not eligible.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content created by Keepsee (excluding user-submitted videos) are owned by Keepsee and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Keepsee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
